Northern Coast of Scotland

John O'Groats last point in the north. The public restroom had a four star rating!!! Not only that, they had received it 5 years in a row. (20 pence to pee - 40 cents) Trailer park on the North Sea/Atlantic Ocean in 70 MPH winds! I would huddle up to a berm, too, in this wind! B&B where we stayed. The price on the sign didn't include a bath in the room. We ate dinner across the street (only place in 20 miles) at a hotel. This is our B& B room in John O'Groats .. For which we paid the princely sum of $96 a night! By itself... the Scots like their solitude. Don't want you entering this way! Castle of Mey which the Queen Mother bought and restored in the 1950's.
